Grace & Stone is a boutique consulting firm for Communications leaders, executive function owners (Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, General Counsels) and chief executives who want to improve the performance, value and impact of their communications function. The Communications function includes: brand strategy and management, reputation building, crisis management, executive communications and internal and external communications.
Principal and founder, Virginia (Ginny) Stone Mackin uses a “Trust and Impact Framework” TM to tie the value of communications with the results of the company.
The Trust and Impact Framework TM starts at the intersection between strategy, culture and leadership, and uses a combination of quantitative and perceptual data to build courageous and sustainable programs that mature and create clarity for the Communications leader, team and function within the broad company and inside functions like Human Resources, Marketing or Legal.
